The 4 week off piste course in Val d’Isere is aimed at confident resort skiers looking to improve your all mountain skiing with a particular focus on deep snow. Mountain safety skills is also included.
We begin with exploring the entire Val d’Isere – Tignes area, arguably the most diverse ski area in France, getting comfortable and confident on our skis and delivering plenty of constructive feedback and video analysis. The ALLTRACKS training formula helps ensure that you make the best use of your time on snow combining technical coaching with lots of high mileage challenge skiing and seeking out some of the best routes and snow conditions in the Alps.
In addition, weekly Avalanche skills and mountain safety training is delivered by Henry Schniewind. Henry enjoys a global reputation in off piste safety and has been off piste guiding in Val d’isere for almost 20 years. He is a Fully Certified French Ski Instructor from the Ecole Nationale de Ski et d’Alpinisme and he is endorsed by The French National Association for Snow and Avalanche Study. Additionally, Henry is a Professional Member of the American Avalanche Association. Henry is supported by IFMGA guides for our glacier day.
As with all our courses, training is limited to 6 guests per instructor and/or guide in order that you receive plenty of personal attention while still enjoying the dynamics of belonging to a group.
