Snowboard Instructor Internship

The ALLTRACKS Snowboard Instructor Internship is the ideal preparation for a career as a snowboard instructor. The three-week program, run in conjunction with Whistler Blackcomb Snow School University, offers great training five days a week with the potential to work for the rest of the season as an employee of the Snow School – following successful negotiation of the post-internship interview process.

What’s Included?


Thorough Coaching ProgrammeFocused on all-mountain improvement and teaching skills training in CASI technique, along with specific Whistler Snow School training in safety, basic snow school operation and teaching children (including Children's Module Workshop).
Expert ProsProfessional CASI Coaches who are typically CASI Examiners. The vast majority of coaches are Level 4 supported by a few able Level 3s.
Small GroupsMaximum training ratio of six guests per ski or snowboard coach.
CASI Level 1 ExamExamination fees for Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors Level 1 Certification.
Video AnalysisA highly useful form of feedback.
