6 Week Off Piste Ski Course

Off Piste Whistler

Revolutionise your off piste skiing while learning more about operating safely in the backcountry and exploring the mighty Coast Mountain Range.

The course begins with showing you around the ski area, analysing technique and giving lots of constructive feedback. We also do the Canadian Avalanche Skills Training Level 1 soon after you arrive to give an initial insight into avalanche safety. After this we build up your technique and confidence on more challenging slopes as well as hitting the best terrain and hunting out powder whenever we can.

In the second half of the course, we go ski touring, accessing the best backcountry terrain while we complete the CAA Avalanche Skills Level 2, a more advanced course in avalanche safety.
